Stay in our organically run bed and breakfast. Organic and Fairtrade bed linen and towels and local organic produce including your gift of Durham fudge. Environmentally friendly cleaning products used.

Choose from our award winning 'traditional organic Durham' with local organic farm shop bacon and sausage,tomatoes, mushrooms and eggs or Pancakes with organic maple syrup and lemon, home made bread and 'Durham Pikelets', with dairy products from Acorn Dairies. Seaham apple juice and freshly squeezed citrus juices. A wide range of organic and loose teas. All food organically sourced/local produce. All diets including vegetarian/vegan catered for. Afternoon cream teas and 2/3 course evening meals made with local seasonal organic produce

Four poster double room(Birch)with adjoining single (Rowan) for families, family size bathroom with bath and separate shower.

Also available as a separate double or single

Single Lavender room with en-suite shower room.

All rooms have tea tray, biscuits, fruit, nuts and Durham fudge, radio alarm clock, TV, and 'stone' hot water bottles, organic cotton accessories and Durham organic soaps

Secure overnight storage for bikes, repairs and parts arranged, clothes drying facilities and packed lunches available. Children under 3 years free, cot, nappies and equipment provided

Bed and Breakfast is £40 per person per night including our award winning traditional organic Durham breakfast. Children under 3 free (sharing a room with parents), 3 to 10 reduced rates. Payment by cash, card or Paypal. A minimum deposit of £10 is required to confirm booking T and Cs
We also provide (booking required) 2 course evening meal @£10, 3 course evening meals @£15, and traditional afternoon tea @£8.
